Tucked away within the hidden treasures of Cleveden Crescent Lane, the Mews Cottage sits between the garages and Listed Grandeur of Cleveden Crescent, offering something just a little bit different.  Quirky in nature upon finding this hidden gem, we immediately saw its potential and obtained listed building consent with ease as this tired, unloved interior needed some attention to bring it upto modern standards to provide a unique home to a first time buyer, or crash pad in the desirable West End for a high end executive to allow them the comfort of their own home when the hotel stay loses its appeal.

The fabric of the space was stripped back and an, ill-fitting, incompliant mezzanine removed to allow the space to be transformed into a unique studio apartment with open plan kitchen / living and separate sleeping area.  Traditional sash and case window, replaced the ill-fitting casement and new conservation rooflights allow further natural light into this challenging interior.

This once, dingy back end, basement is now a desirable, bijoux home with a high interior specification and quality fitting and fixtures to suit a wide market, meeting current regulations.
